A single app that did all of this would be slow to load and impossible to leave. Separate apps each load only what they need, run on their own once loaded, and can be replaced one at a time — by you, or by us.
Your work is written to your browser's own storage and stays there. There is no database of your notes to breach, no analytics script watching you type, and no upload to cancel. Watch devtools while you write — nothing goes out.
The one exception, and it is opt-in: Cardstock's Publish sends the sheet you choose to publish to a server, because a public link needs one. Drafts never leave. Accounts and billing exist only for Notoo Pro.

No. Every app works fully signed out, with no limits. An account exists for optional cloud sync in the editor, for publishing a Cardstock sheet at a public link, and for Notoo Pro billing. Nothing else is behind it.
Only if you ask it to. Three deliberate exceptions, all opt-in: the editor uploads your files if you switch on cloud sync, Cardstock stores sheets you explicitly publish, and Bookmarkly can fetch a link preview — which you can turn off. Leave sync off and nothing you write is uploaded.
Once a page has loaded, yes. Everything runs in your tab against local data, so your work carries on with the wifi off — nothing you type needs a round trip. Opening an app in a fresh tab still fetches it from the network, though: we don't install a service worker yet, so a cold start offline won't load. The one feature that needs a live connection either way is saving a new page in Bookmarkly.
The editor can sync through your account if you switch it on in Settings — sign in on the other device and your files follow. Everywhere else it is still export, then import on the other device. Sync for the rest is coming.
